Role OverviewThe Operations Automation Associate 2nd Shift will maintain an understanding of WMS, WCS, and IT integration to achieve effective and efficient operations. They will follow automated processes, troubleshoot Electric Mechanical Controls, and optimize existing automated material handling equipment.
What You Will Do
The role involves monitoring Warehouse Control System (WCS) interface for potential faults, utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and WCS to troubleshoot errors, and escalating errors and system outages to resolve issues.
