Role OverviewThe Operations Center Technician or Specialist will support the efficient coordination of operations and maintenance of the water and wastewater systems. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, working effectively and efficiently, and resulting in high morale and productivity.
What You Will Do
The Technician or Specialist will receive and respond to customer inquiries, process utility locate requests, monitor SCADA systems, and dispatch personnel to investigate and respond to anomalies. They will also assist in the coordination of unscheduled and emergency work, prepare and submit reports, and maintain a working knowledge of water and wastewater systems.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Class III Distribution and/or Collection Operators License desirable
- Two years' experience in water/wastewater system operation and maintenance desirable
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification upon employment
