Role Overview

The Operations Coach is a leadership position responsible for leading a team to safely achieve its productivity goals. The Coach staffs the team, making sure all positions are covered, and that the team has what it needs to be successful. The Coach is responsible for overseeing the Team Members' training and evaluates the Team Members' performance.

What You Will Do

Manage labor, monitor Team Member process to ensure accuracy, fill-in for missing Team Leads or Team Members when needed, facilitate Team Members' efforts to achieve production targets, and oversee production to meet quality standards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 6 months to 1-year related experience or on-the-job training, and proficiency in computer and 10-key operation skills. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
