This is a full-time, in-person position at Goodwill Headquarters in San Jose, CA. The Career Technical Education Operations Coordinator will ensure a smooth and successful enrollment process and educational experience for CTE program applicants.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse, underserved communities
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in a professional setting
