Role OverviewThe Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of GoodBuy Gear’s warehouse operations by managing reporting, documentation, scheduling, inventory data, and operational communications. This role helps ensure information flows accurately between internal teams, customers, carriers, and business partners while supporting leadership with operational planning and administrative execution.
What You Will Do
Prepare and distribute shipment documentation and operational reports, maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound inventory movement, process inventory and shipment data within company systems, and communicate with external partners, carriers, and internal departments.

Benefits
- Starting salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience
