Role OverviewJoin our team as an Operations Data Specialist to support manufacturing processes by ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of ERP data. This role will partner with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain team members to operate in a hybrid capacity, dividing time between an office environment and the production floor.
What You Will Do
Manage data, analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations that support manufacturing/production activities. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work order system data to support production by analyzing demand forecast and inventory levels to balance efficiency and customer service levels.

Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or operations analysis
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on experience with MES, ERP, or production tracking software
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including bills of materials and routings, inventory management, production scheduling, and material planning concepts
- Ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy and focus on detail
- Comfortable working near manufacturing and warehouse equipment as needed to support operational processes
