Requirements

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel queries models that support operational performance monitoring.
  • Implement and manage Power BI and other data-related automations, including: Scheduled and incremental dataset refresh strategies, Data-driven alerts and threshold-based notifications, Integration with Power Automate for workflow triggers, approvals, and exception handling.
  • Document data pipelines, Power BI models, automation logic, and reporting standards to ensure auditability and continuity.
  • Enforce data governance, security, and privacy requirements, including HIPAA compliance and role-based access controls.
  • Collaborate across department teams to gather requirements and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Serve as a technical translator between operational stakeholders and data systems, ensuring solutions are practical and sustainable.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, and automation patterns.
