Operations Design & Enablement Analyst

Requirements

• Meet with internal teams to understand operational challenges, workflows, needs, and requirements.
• Ideate potential solutions using current platforms or evaluating new tools when appropriate
• Present concepts and prototypes to senior team members for feedback.
• Build or support the development of approved workflows, automations, and system enhancements.
• Create clear process maps, system diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI, automation design, and new platforms to solve business challenges.
• Challenge the status quo with creative, strategic thinking.
• Partner with senior ODE, Creative Technology, and Operations team members on solution development.
• Support and help coordinate rollout and training for new tools and processes.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional partners to ensure teams are fully supported during rollout, and that solutions continue to evolve, improve, and gain adoption.
