Job Description
Storti Quality Services is hiring an Operations Director to lead the operations for the company. The Operations Director provides support to and leads the operations for Storti Quality Services, managing the productivity and profitability of the overall project/contract and the entire Operations team.

Requirements

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise all field personnel, superintendents, and back-office staff
  • Develop and execute the Operations schedule
  • Actively engage in the budget process and provide accurate financial forecasting to senior management
  • Manage labor and non-labor expenses, client documentation applications, and internal/external digital systems
  • Monitor safety, quality, and productivity daily, and provide actionable feedback to direct reports
  • Enforce compliance, develop a positive work environment, and provide strategic and technical input to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement cost-saving and income improvement solutions, and provide performance management and career development of staff
