Operations Director

The Operations Director is responsible for helping to set the vision for the restaurant, increasing sales and profits, and ensuring an exceptional service experience for guests. The role involves leading all operational aspects of the restaurant, developing and implementing the annual budget, and maintaining high food safety standards. The Operations Director also builds, trains, and coaches a high-performing team and engages with regional leadership on financial decisions.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining high food safety standards, continuously monitoring labor and food cost, and adjusting scheduling and purchasing as necessary. The Operations Director also ensures each guest has a positive experience and monitors the CEM score. Additionally, they develop and communicate proprietary culinary standards and objectives to optimize quality and financial results.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in a leadership role or 8 years of experience in a technical role
• Bachelor's degree in a program related to the functional area
• Demonstrated ability to effectively grow sales and operating profit
• Business acumen and understanding of long-term implications of Operations planning
• Ability to create and maintain positive work environments through coaching, developing, and leading teams
