Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, fleet management, or operations leadership
- Proven supervisory or team management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch/logistics software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass all Amazon-required background screenings, drug tests, and onboarding protocols
