Job Description
Loomis prides itself on providing employees with opportunities for career advancement and job satisfaction. As an Operations Dispatcher, you will handle customer calls, maintain and update information, and ensure quality customer service and accountability of items keyed into the computer system.
Requirements
Ability to work well individually as well as being a team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to identify and maintain confidential matters in all aspects of the business.
Courteous and professional communications skills, demonstrate good work ethics in a professional manner to fellow employees and customers.
Follow verbal and written instructions.
Computer experience, proficient use of MS Office to include Excel, ability to use office equipment not limited to computer, fax and copy machine.
Data entry skills Unrestricted wrist, hand and finger dexterity.
Unrestricted ability to bend, squat, stoop, stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.), sit, push and pull.
Accuracy and speed sufficient to meet the company policy for debriefing.
