Role OverviewLoomis Armored is hiring an Operations Dispatcher for its Springfield, VA branch. This in-person role involves ensuring quality customer service and accountability of items keyed into the computer system within a climate-controlled office environment.
What You Will Do
Handle incoming customer calls concerning routing, specials, and service requests. Communicate with all routes, maintain the Dispatchers Log, coordinate special services, and assist with ATM combos and related issues. Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management.

- Data entry skills
- Unrestricted wrist, hand and finger dexterity
- Unrestricted ability to bend, squat, stoop, stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.), sit, push and pull
- Accuracy and speed sufficient to meet the company policy for debriefing
- High school graduate or equivalent
