Role OverviewJoin our team as a Production Engineer in Specialty Chemical Manufacturing. Collaborate with multiple disciplines to monitor processes, ensure safety and efficiency, and achieve quality and production targets. Work on-site in Baton Rouge, LA and report to the Operations Engineer Leader.
What You Will Do
Track and manage production rates, yield, and quality performance data. Troubleshoot process issues, lead Continuous Improvement Projects, and collaborate with work groups to ensure process compliance and targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Ability to work and take calls on nights/weekends when issues arise
- 2+ years of experience in process, production or manufacturing engineering within the petrochemical industrial manufacturing environment
