Job Description
The Enrollment Leader position is responsible for providing quality and efficient enrollment services to customers through the daily management of a team of employees. The position involves motivating, recognizing, and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving to ensure the highest quality service is provided.

Requirements

  • Lead a team of Enrollment Specialists
  • Ensure highest quality service is provided with the enrollment process
  • Troubleshoot issues and field questions from staff and external customers
  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees
  • Continual evaluation of processes and procedures
  • Managing employees, ensuring work is handled efficiently and effectively
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis
  • Create and maintain a high-quality work environment
  • Assist with documentation, and training of DocuSign program
  • Assist in developing and preparing operational plans and reports on project status
