Job Description
The Operations Inspector will assist in the Universal Bus Stop Seating and Edge Object management initiatives, managing outreach to maintenance partners and using siting criteria to select locations for street furniture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in transportation engineering, mathematics, urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, urban studies, or related physical and social science fields
  • Professional experience in the built environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS Access
  • Previous experience with mapping software (ArcGIS) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Ability to work in the field in all seasons or at DOT warehouse facilities, traveling by biking, walking, or using mass transit
