Job Description
The Operations Inspector will assist in the Universal Bus Stop Seating and Edge Object management initiatives, managing outreach to maintenance partners, business improvement districts, and elected officials, and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of DOT's goal to install a bench or leaning bar at every eligible bus stop in New York City in ten years.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
  • Ability to work in the field in all seasons or at DOT warehouse facilities, traveling by biking, walking, or using mass transit
