Role OverviewAs an Operational Integration Lead, you will help bridge the gap between mission operators and technology developers, working directly with military users, mission planners, and government stakeholders while partnering closely with Expedition's engineers, program teams, Mission Leads, Operations Leads, and Business Development team.

Connect operators and technologists, drive operational adoption, support customer engagement and mission success, and shape requirements and future capabilities.

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience supporting military operations, mission planning, targeting, command and control, intelligence support, joint operations, expeditionary operations, or related mission functions
- Experience working directly with operational users and mission stakeholders
- Strong understanding of how military organizations develop plans, make decisions, and employ capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and operational audiences
- Experience building trusted customer relationships
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and operational events
