Job Description
This program is designed to give interns a meaningful, hands-on experience supporting Monogram Health’s core business and clinical operations. Interns will work on projects involving program development, clinical workflows, and more, all within a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare organization.

Requirements

  • Contribute to performance improvement, partnership, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support data gathering, analyses, and interpretation for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with research, competitive benchmarking, and market insights.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deliver a final presentation summarizing insights and contributions across all rotations.
