Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) is responsible for maintaining store processes and promoting a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. The OL performs opening, closing, and front-end processes, coordinates staffing, and participates in task management to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Background Check will be completed
  • Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
