Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) supports store processes and an active selling culture by ensuring that all aspects are maintained to documented company standards designed to drive sales.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Background Check will be completed
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
