As a Key Holder, you will lead daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a safe environment for pets and customers. You will supervise partners, open and close the store, and support store leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading on the floor, solving problems, and delivering a great experience every day.
