Role OverviewJoin the A-team leading operations at AmeriLux and help shape and grow your own department. You will own a full department and grow it across the things that matter: safety, quality, delivery, and cost while helping your team chase their true potential.
What You Will Do
Daily production output against schedule and demand, Safety of every person on the floor, including OSHA compliance and incident response, Product quality and scrap or rework rates, Labor planning, staffing levels, and overtime control, Direct supervision, coaching, and performance management of the production team, Department budget, cost per unit, and equipment uptime, Continuous improvement of process, layout, and throughput.
