As an operations leader, you will be responsible for learning all facets of the business, including safety protocols, logistics, and customer interactions. You will work in a fast-paced, industrial environment and be expected to relocate to different regions after training.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include 12-18 months of hands-on training, interacting with corporate personnel, customers, and teammates, and resolving problems to ensure steady delivery of products. You will also collaborate with other managers to plan and direct work, identify trends, and recommend proactive actions to manage business situations.
