Role OverviewThe Operations Leadership Program is a 12-18 month hands-on training program that prepares individuals to assume a leadership role in the scrap metal recycling industry. The program is designed to provide a thorough understanding of all facets of the business, including safety, operations, and leadership. The program is based in a geographic region and requires relocation after training.
What You Will Do
The role includes duties such as learning and modeling the 'Safety First' culture, interacting with corporate personnel, customers, vendors, and teammates, and identifying trends to recommend proactive action. The role also requires frequent travel, working outside in extreme weather conditions, and adapting to changing assignments.
