Job Description
Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Operations Leadership Trainee at their College Station, TX location. The trainee will participate in hands-on training and day-to-day mentoring to learn and master all profit center jobs and develop the necessary skills for a leadership role within the Profit Center.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles
  • Ability to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to learn how to use and operate applicable computer hardware and software systems (Solar Eclipse, Mincron)
  • Microsoft Office software skills
  • Ability to persuade and build relationships with customers, teammates, vendors, and co-workers
  • Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center
  • Ability to learn to operate warehouse material-handling equipment
