Job Description
Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Operations Leadership Trainee at their College Station, TX location. The trainee will participate in hands-on training and day-to-day mentoring to learn and master all profit center jobs and develop the necessary skills for a leadership role within the Profit Center.
Requirements
College degree or equivalent industry experience
Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles
Ability to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities
Ability to learn how to use and operate applicable computer hardware and software systems (Solar Eclipse, Mincron)
Microsoft Office software skills
Ability to persuade and build relationships with customers, teammates, vendors, and co-workers
Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center
Ability to learn to operate warehouse material-handling equipment
