Role OverviewAs a 2nd Shift Line Lead, you'll serve as the hub of talent development on the production floor, gaining the skills and experience needed to advance throughout the organization. Earn $23/hour during training and move immediately to $25/hour upon certification. What You Will Do
Check all product and components with each job on the line for accuracy. Assign area of work for each packager on the line; check to make sure each person is performing his/her job duties. Complete line paperwork. Calculate hour efficiency and make necessary changes to line if adjustments are needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be willing to work overtime & weekends. Prior working experience as a supervisor, leader or trainer strongly preferred. 2-4 yrs of previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree preferred
- Prior working experience as a supervisor, leader or trainer strongly preferred

- Good organizational skills and mathematical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, spontaneous, and fast-moving in an always-changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reading, writing and speaking English is required for this position
- Ability to work and adapt in a diverse environment where multiple languages are spoken
