Job Description
Crusoe is seeking a dedicated Operations & Maintenance Technician (OMT) to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of our power facility. This role is essential for maintaining plant reliability, safety, and environmental compliance, whether assigned to a shift or the maintenance team. The ideal candidate is a skilled technician capable of managing complex systems such as gas and steam turbines, generators, and water treatment equipment while strictly adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Power Plant Expertise: Demonstrable knowledge of all facets of power plant operations and the ability to make competent decisions in emergency situations.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical one-lines, logic drawings, technical manuals, and P&IDs.
  • Maintenance Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical equipment, as well as operating welding and cutting equipment.
  • Communication & Software: Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
