Job Description
Crusoe is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician II to ensure the high-performance operation and maintenance of our power facility. The ideal candidate is a proficient technician capable of managing complex systems with minimal guidance while strictly adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Technical literacy (ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical one-lines, logic drawings, technical manuals, and P&IDs)
  • Maintenance expertise (comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical equipment)
  • Analytical skills (diagnosing problems with mechanical equipment and performing water chemistry analysis)
  • Communication and training skills (strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to train other personnel)
  • Fabrication and tool proficiency (operating welding and cutting equipment and tools such as drill presses, pipe threading machines, and grinders)
  • Physical requirements (ability to perform walking, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds)
  • Operational flexibility (willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift and be available for call-ins and work overload as needed)
  • Authorization to work in the USA
