Role OverviewJoin Schindler's Operations Management program, a 12-month development experience that combines formal training with immersive field exposure. The program is designed to build operational leadership roles by equipping participants with technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
What You Will Do
Gain practical experience in the field, developing a deep understanding of Schindler's products, services, and customers. Participate in a structured curriculum, including in-person training, eLearning modules, and cohort-based sessions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or other relevant field of study
- Previous military or other leadership experience is highly desirable
- Prior work experience or internships in construction, service/maintenance or related industry a plus
- Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
- Affinity for understanding technical/mechanical systems
