Job Description
OnTrac is hiring a HUB Operations Manager! The role involves overseeing and optimizing day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

Requirements

  • GED/Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback
  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
