Job Description
OnTrac is hiring a HUB Operations Manager! The role involves overseeing and optimizing day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.
Requirements
GED/Diploma required; college degree preferred
Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback
Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
