Job Description
Join a leading team that provides environmental solutions to the public and private sectors in Maryland as an Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Lead Operations Manager, or Senior Lead Operations Manager at the Montgomery County Material Recycling Facility in Derwood, Maryland. This position involves on-site management of staff, procurement, budget development, operations and maintenance, production management, and safety and environmental compliance.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a standard high school or possession of a GED
  • Five years of applicable experience and two years of supervisory experience in field operations, recycling, solid waste, or construction activities (Operations Manager)
  • Seven years of applicable experience and four years of supervisory experience in field operations, recycling, solid waste, or construction activities (Senior Operations Manager)
  • Four years of supervisory experience in field operations, recycling, solid waste, or construction activities (Lead Operations Manager)
  • Eight years of supervisory experience (Senior Lead Operations Manager)
  • A valid driver’s license with fewer than five points is required
