Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with standards of service and operating procedures, supervising day-to-day activities, and communicating policies and procedures. They will also assist with creating innovative programs and promotions, and monitoring performance of the restaurant.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years restaurant management experience
  • Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred
  • Fluent English speaking and other languages preferred
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
