Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue, including staff management, fiscal oversight, reporting, sales goals, and inter-office communications while upholding company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
College degree preferred
Minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ experience in entertainment industry working in a high-volume hospitality environment
21+ years of age
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to the Company standards
