Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will provide leadership and management oversight for the PPO/Install department, ensuring site compliance with Safety, SOP, and customer requirements. The role involves interviewing and hiring applicants, training new hires, daily planning, safety meetings, and directing workflow.

The Operations Manager will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance, including hiring, firing, promotions, and other changes in employee status. They will also ensure compliance with industry, customer, and company safety regulations and operating procedures.
