Job Description
R. J. Corman Railroad Switching Company is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our team in Burkville, AL. Supervises and performs the daily operations of an industrial switching location to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience with train handling in a crewmember capacity, and two to three years specifically as a supervisor or manager.
  • Prefer specific experience with operations planning and maintenance of good employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop teamwork and work with all levels of personnel in achieving train-handling objectives.
