Role OverviewThe Operations Manager serves as the primary lead and point of contact for all events for warehouse operations at partner schools and properties in the region. This role reports to the General Manager.
What You Will Do
Primary duties include management, operations, and warehouse management, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff, managing inventory and equipment, and ensuring events are executed at or below budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Self-motivation that drives individual results while being a strong team player
- Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” mindset
- Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms
- Proven ability to manage and coach various levels of team members
- Knowledge of sports and the excitement surrounding in-person events preferred
