Job Description
Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and service-driven Operations Manager to support and elevate the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, pool deck service, in-room dining, banquets and resort-wide beverage experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to anticipate and meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including working knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage, including wine, spirits, and beer.
  • Previous hotel and restaurant experience is required.
  • 2+ years of experience as an F&B or Banquet Assistant Manager (preferred).
  • Supervisory experience in F&B or Banquets is a must.
