What You Will Do
The Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and sustaining effective communication, recruiting, training, and developing team members, and implementing and maintaining an incident-free safety culture at the operation. They will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding customer key performance metrics and objectives, interacting daily with local customers, and leading the team to identify operational improvements.
