Job Description
BorgWarner is seeking an Operations Manager for their Industrial Solutions business to create and maintain an industrial systems operations manufacturing plan and implement processes to achieve an efficient manufacturing site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing or engineering related field
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of industrial product manufacturing experience
  • Recognized expert with ability to convey/train knowledge to others and provide mentoring
  • Business acumen, excellent problem solving and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing processes/procedures
  • SAP or other ERP systems experience is a plus
