Job Description
The Operations Manager & IT Assistant serves the operational needs of the homeschool division and Precept home office, overseeing Curriculum Display logistics, HomeWorks Event management, inventory coordination, first-level technology support, and general office and facilities support.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent logistics tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable with physical logistics: packing, shipping, inventory tracking
  • Basic proficiency with technology (email, spreadsheets, common business apps)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
