The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational efficiency and compliance of the branch while supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Supervise and support operational staff
  • Monitor and evaluate branch workflows
  • Ensure proper cash management
  • Conduct periodic audits and reviews
  • Provide guidance and support to operational staff
  • Serve as a resource for resolving escalated operational issues
  • Mentor team members
  • Assist the Branch Manager with staffing decisions and performance management
  • Promote a culture of exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the branch complies with federal and state banking regulations
  • Monitor daily operations for potential risks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Manage operational tasks
  • Participate in special projects
  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch goals
  • Actively contribute to the Sales success/goals of the office
