Job Description
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the plant operations team focusing on safety, quality, production, costs, and employee development. The role involves monitoring day-to-day production results, setting area priorities, and assigning employees. You will also maintain technical skills and knowledge of state-of-the-art level while continuing to develop people management skills.

Requirements

  • Experience leading successful teams with an emphasis on organizational development.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills: MS Office Suite, Process Data Historian tools (OSI PI or other), Maximo/SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and self-motivated customer-focused aptitude and attitude.
  • Have a leadership style consistent with a participative environment.
  • Possess broad-based technical skills and the ability to implement goals and objectives through effective planning and organizing.
  • 5+ years of technical and/or plant experience.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
