Job Description
The Operations Manager provides leadership and direction to a team of Transportation Coordinators, overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, and driving operational performance through effective use of Transportation Management System tools. They serve as the primary escalation point for high-level customer and carrier issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to support customer initiatives and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
  • 2–4 years of proven leadership experience in operations, logistics, or team management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
