Job Description
The Operations Manager is a key leader within the Ameriflex business, partnering closely with the General Manager to drive operational performance, scale the organization, and support continued growth. This role will play a critical part in strengthening operational execution, introducing technology, building scalable processes, and developing team capability to support the next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8–15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, or plant leadership
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead through growth and change
  • Hands-on, operationally strong with a bias for action and problem-solving
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to engage in manufacturing and engineering discussions
  • Solid business acumen, and financial literacy including understanding of cost drivers and performance metrics
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence across functions
