Job Description
The New York City Department of Homeless Services is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day workflow, provide strategic planning, and manage projects within the Facilities and Logistics Division. The candidate will also conduct research, investigate complex projects, and oversee the Enterprise Asset Management systems development.

Requirements

  • Eight years of full-time experience in construction, repair, alteration and/or rehabilitation of multiple dwellings, commercial, industrial or public buildings
  • At least 18 months of supervisory or administrative experience involving responsibility for a large number of buildings
  • Education in an accredited college leading toward a baccalaureate degree in engineering, architecture, engineering technology or a closely related field
