Job Description
The New York City Department of Homeless Services is recruiting for three Administrative Director of Social Services M-I positions as Operations Managers. The Operations Manager will supervise a team, ensure resident services, manage operational oversight, and maintain facility cleanliness, while adhering to Agency standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Permanent in the Administrative Director of Social Services Civil Service title or comparable title
  • Reachable with a score of 100 on the Open Competitive Administrative Director of Social Services exam
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four years of progressively responsible experience in social services, including one year at the administrative or managerial level
