Job Description
The Operations Manager assists with managing district operations, scheduling jobs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include coordinating pricing and bids, monitoring job quality, and maintaining rentals and report data.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; advanced degree preferred
  • Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in field operations on relevant product lines offered by OSES preferred
  • Must have knowledge of common best practices for the oil and gas industry
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Must maintain a safe driving record as prescribed by company policy
  • Must successfully pass pre- and post-employment drug and alcohol tests per company policy
