Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Operations Manager is responsible for first-line personnel management responsibilities including Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Quality, Asset Performance Management, and Inventory Management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • recycling or manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • ability to manage and support a diverse workforce
  • ability to manage time and production schedules
  • attention to detail and ability to execute production plans
  • mechanical aptitude and familiarity with routine equipment maintenance
  • strong work ethic and ability to follow through on operational goals
  • ability to read, write, and speak English at a level necessary to understand safety instructions, training materials, and job-related communications
