Job Description

Universal Analyzers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end factory operations for our Carson City, NV manufacturing site.

Requirements

Lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, planning, materials, inventory, shipping, and service/repair functions
Drive daily execution against key performance metrics: safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost, and inventory
Manage inventory strategy, accuracy, and material flow to support production while optimizing working capital
Strengthen supplier performance in partnership with Purchasing and Quality to improve quality, delivery, and lead times
Ensure efficient and compliant shipping and logistics operations for domestic and international deliveries
Optimize service and repair operations to meet turnaround targets and improve customer responsiveness
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to drive productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational performance
Establish and maintain KPI reporting cadence, using data to drive accountability and corrective actions
